• Payment-related information — invoice details and payment status. Card or UPI payments (if used) are processed by third-party payment providers; we do not store full card numbers on our servers.

If you use a product that sends WhatsApp messages (for example booking confirmations to venue owners, or customer updates), those messages are delivered through WhatsApp’s platform under WhatsApp’s own terms and policies.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including support, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal requirements. You may ask us to delete account data subject to lawful retention needs.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
